Blake Lively was on the red carpet for Time 100 Gala, held at the Frederick G Rose Hall in New York City on Tuesday April 26th. The very prestigious event honors Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People in the World and was apparently the perfect time for Blake to introduce her new status as a redhead. My opinion of the new hue? I don't really have one... It just isn't dramatic enough to get a reaction out of me. She kinda played it safe and didn't go too red. My gut reaction though? I prefer the blond...



However what did get a reaction out of me was the spectacular Zuhair Murad Couture gown she rocked... So f*cking stunning. Some people are making Little Mermaid comparisons. Ummm...ok. I personally don't quite see the whole "Ariel" thing but I do see how she was mistaken for a mesmerizing mermaid. So gorgeous...

I would kill to do her makeup just once...kill.

Lately it's all about red... Redheads reign right now. Julianne Moore looks fabulous in a sneak peek of the BVLGARI Jewelry and Watch campaign, set for release in February. I'm lovin the 115 carat Colombian teardrop emerald earrings and Serpenti snake bracelets coiled around her wrists...opulence at it's purest.


And all I can say about the stunning Karen Elson (love ,love, love her!) debut ad for St.John's is...WOW. After years and years of ads featuring Kelly Gray (daughter of Robert and Marie Gray, the company founders) and campaigns featuring Gisele and Saint Angelina...it nice to see some sassiness. Compared to previous campaigns this ad is beyond fierce...it's ferocious...for St.John's anyway...lol.
